Our returns policy is simple: If your Woolcomfort wool quilt or underlay does not meet your expectations for any reason within the 30 day trial period, contact us and we will promptly replace or refund your product. We will also pay for return postage – we send you an RTS label and you simply have to drop off at your local post office. While you may be able to touch and feel wool products at a department store, once you get it home and open it, if you don’t like it, you cannot get a refund. Consider this your online buying insurance policy. We are confident that you’ll love our products!

This returns policy excludes products that show physical signs of damage. Warranty is void if care instructions are not followed.

5 Year Warranty – All Australian Wool Quilts & Underlays

We offer a 5 year extended warranty as standard on all Woolcomfort wool quilts and woollen underlays. If there is a fault with your new wool quilt or woollen underlay, we will send you an free RTS label so you can return the faulty product and we will replace it free of charge up to 5 years after the date of purchase. We confidently extend this offer to all customers as our products use the highest quality materials and we control the manufacturing at our factory in Sydney.
