Delivery Information

At Woolcomfort, we recognise the value of speedy delivery. That is why we work with multiple courier services, allowing us to choose the most suitable service for each delivery.


We aim to dispatch every order within 2 working days of confirmation, allowing most deliveries to be completed within 5 working days. Occasionally, same-day deliveries have been known to occur. Please note that delivery to remote or interstate locations may take an additional day or two.


Delivery fees:


Postage fees are calculated by weight with Australia Post Postage System.

Delivery Time:


We will dispatch orders within 2 - 4 days after payment received. Depending on where you live, delivery to most areas of Australia will take 2-5 working days via Australia Post (WA & NT will take 7-12 working days). A Woolcomfort employee will contact you should there be any delays.
